Luogo ideale per una raffinata ed esclusiva vacanza è ideale x famiglie, amici, eventi o semplicemente per una fuga romantica. Può ospitare fino a 17 persone. Recentemente ristrutturata con materiali pregiati, Villa Lux è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il Casentino con i suoi eremi, castelli e la sua natura incontaminata a 2 passi dalle città d’arte della Toscana: Firenze, Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, Pisa Lo spazio Villa LUX si trova in una collina privata ad accesso esclusivo di 3ha contornata da piante di olivo ed è completamente recintata. La villa di 280 Mq circa si trova su due piani, composta al piano terra da cucina abitabile con ampia isola in granito, sala da pranzo con tavoli in legno pregiato, soggiorno con divani, Camino e TV da 50”, un bagno di servizio, 4 camere matrimoniali arredate in stile toscano, ciascuna con bagno privato con doccia. Al primo piano un'ampia camera raffinata ed elegante con bagno privato e vasca idromassaggio. Accanto alla villa principale si trova un elegante villino in pietra di 70mq, composto da un soggiorno con divano letto e TV 50'', una cucina abitabile, due camere arredate con cura e un raffinato bagno in pietra naturale di Ardesia. Travi in castagno e pietra rendono l’ambiente ancora più autentico in perfetto stile toscano. Garantisce privacy e riservatezza. I giardini hanno più aree attrezzate per mangiare, caratterizzate da tavoli in ferro battuto, comode sedie, divani, un'ampia pergola fronte piscina con vista mozzafiato sulla vallata, ampio BBQ ed un elegante gazebo in pietra con tavolo e sedie in mosaico. Una bellissima PISCINA dove rilassarsi sorseggiando un drink e godere di una vista impareggiabile. Idromassaggio, sdraio e isola prendisole per il relax e per il resto… Natura!

The house has a private garden of 100 square meters with a tub usable with a depth of 60 cm. Two squares usable for your relaxing and fun, from admire the view, and space for eat outside. WI-FI free. The interior is distributed over two floors: on the first large living room with fireplace, SmartTV, eat area, kitchen and room with pizza oven (there are 2 sofa/bed). On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 with a bunk bed and 1 bathroom.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
