NEW THIS YEAR, we have two heat pumps to provide some air conditioning and better heating. A 3-5 minute drive will bring you to charming North Rustico Harbour with groceries, dining, shopping and a beautiful sand beach. Very near local sites: 15 min drive to Cavendish beach, Green Gables, Avonlea Village and golf courses. We are licensed by PEI Tourism.

Enjoy the comfortable patio seating on the large wrap-around deck and take in the scenic views of the river at the mouth of New London Bay.

Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.
