This is a calm, cottagecore oasis situated in the Hyde Park neighborhood, a five minute walk from Shipe Park and pool, Quack’s Bakery, Julio’s Tex Max, Hyde Park Grill, Juiceland and Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

Walkable East Austin Casita

This is a trendy, comfortable and convenient guesthouse for spending a fun-filled getaway in East Austin. Our casita is walkable to many of Austin’s hottest spots, including the Moody Center: Austin’s largest music venue. Built in 2020, our guesthouse features a lofted queen-sized bed, a couch with a pull-out twin mattress, an elegant walk-in shower, smart TV, and small appliances including fridge-freezer, microwave, and Nespresso coffee maker. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. The home is located in the Cherrywood Neighborhood, a charming and centrally located area with quick access to downtown, I-35, UT Austin, Mueller, and a 15 minute drive to Bergstrom International Airport.

Maple Guest House is conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown, a couple minutes to the U.T. campus, and walking distance to over 15 East Side bars, restaurants, and coffee shops.
