Come enjoy our private 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. Enjoy the joys of children on property and views of incredible mountains with the wildlife that frequents our "back yard". Relax in our private guest area locked off from the rest of our home including a kitchenette and laundry area, all separated from the rest of the house by a custom built and locking doorway. We accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to other guests’ allergies. There is a pet fee.

It's a 2-minute walk to the Arkansas River, where you’ll find miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. You'll also be just a block from the South Main Square and a short stroll from the shops and restaurants of downtown BV. Walk right out the door to public trails-just steps from the Arkansas River, a very short walk to the South Main development, & walkable to Main St. This space has it all! (except a TV :))

This is a quiet zone so it would be a perfect getaway to relax and recharge in the mountains. We are 30 minutes from Monarch, 10 minutes from hiking trails, and a close drive to town and restaurants. It does not have a full kitchen, it has a fridge, microwave, small convection oven, tea & coffee maker, and a single burner.

Our rural setting is beautiful in every season, offering views of the mountain valley as well as direct access to fishing easements on the Arkansas River.
