Hummingbird House Utila

Hummingbird House is a beautiful/quaint 2 br home. Accommodations include, parking, WiFi & kitchen. Each Bedroom has a separate entrance (via the outside stairs) both with a Queen Bed, bathroom, air conditioning, mini-refrigerator/microwave, bed linens and towels. A unique feature is the private rooftop deck that is great for sunning & star gazing. Guests can enjoy snorkeling nearby, take a swim at Chepas Beach or enjoy a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into town. Ferry pick up is available upon request.

Coco Cabaña#1

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our recently remodeled main house is spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy your time here. The primary suite features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and a private balcony with stunning ocean views. Two guest rooms with queen-size beds.

You have direct access to the Caribbean ocean and Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling, and a fresh, saltwater swimming pool. Our beach gazebo with hammocks and Adirondack rocking chairs is the perfect place to watch for dolphins, have your morning coffee, and read a book. Sleeps 8, (additional cost per person beyond four guests).

The Dolphin House- A Serenity Beach Cottage

The Serenity Beach Cottages are oceanfront, 960 sq. ft homes with 2 bedrooms, 1 exquisite bath, full kitchen & living area, & a large screened porch. The property is boat access only but Utila town is easily accessible via an hourly shuttle. Little Bight dive site is 10 yards from the shore. We will arrange for a Tuk Tuk -Utila's taxi to pick you up at your point of entry and they will bring you to our boat for transportation across the lagoon to the property.

Our comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is perfect for up to 8 guests, you have access to the whole top floor with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Our home offers the balance of convenience and tranquility.Just a 4-minute walk from the ferry dock and 2 minutes from top shops and restaurants, you’ll be close to all the island’s best experiences while enjoying a peaceful retreat.

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

Upper Lagoon apartment

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located at the entrance of the Upper Lagoon at the foot of the bridge. Across the street from the Odyssey Resort TankD dive center and next door to the UDC Marina. A short walk away from 5 dive shops. The popular Bando Beach with its bar and restaurant is a short walk away. The grounds are spacious and are colorful and are gated with dusk to dawn security lighting.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.
