Sandalwood House is a large classically styled house with lovely high ceilings and beautiful recently refurbished wooden floors. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 with its own ensuite and all beds are fitted with electric blankets. It has a large kitchen/eating area and a separate dining room with a character table that seats 10. Generous parking available and also a covered garage. Walking distance to the town and amenities including the Library/ Art Gallery, Premier Mill Hotel/Dome and the Rec Centre.

Enjoy a bush experience at this centrally located Nanny Flat with external access. Far enough out of town to enjoy the quiet bush life but close to The Katanning Country Club to enjoy Golf, Bowls, Squash or Tennis.
