Recently renovated 3 bedroom home, with a beautiful waterfront view. Perfect for 2 couples who want their privacy since the basement can be seperated from the rest of the house. Some people may find the stairs steep, and the ceiling is a little low upstairs. NO PETS ALLOWED!!!!! I will charge a $1000 damage fee if you bring pets. NO SMOKING!!!!! This tiny home was built in a 100 year old fishing shed that sat on the docks to house fisherman during the fishing season. Completly renovated, locally sourced wood was used for the floors and walls. Situated in the heart of the village. Walking distance to whale cruise, bars and restaurants.
