The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided
