Το σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινίστηκε ολιστικά το 2025 από τον πατέρα μου, μεταμορφωθηκε σε ένα χώρο που συνδυάζει την ζεστασιά της παράδοσης με τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Το Elite είναι ένα σύγχρονο premium διαμέρισμα (με ιδιωτικό Παρκινκ) που βρίσκεται στον κεντρικό δρόμο μιας ασφαλούς περιοχής κοντά στην θάλασσα (Ακτή Καλαμίτσα) και 4 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το κέντρο της Καβάλας. Our Spacious Deluxe Triple Studios (ca. 30m2) are located either on the first or the ground floor of the accommodation and can be either one-room or two room studios. They are equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The Studios have also a large wardrobe, air-condition, balconies, wi-fi and all the necessary bathroom and room amenities. Baby cot available on request.

"Iliatoras Studios" is a hospitable accommodation in Skala Potamia, 70 meters far from the sea sore. The rooms (studios and apartments) are spacious and can offer you a comfortable accommodation.
