This memorable place is anything but ordinary and the perfect resting place after a day walking the beautiful coastline of South West Cornwall or just enjoying some down time. Positioned between St Ives and Landsend with fantastic views down the coast. This perfectly formed studio has everything you need from a full size shower, a log burner and an extra comfortable king size bed. We are also situated between two fabulous pubs, The Tinners Arms and the Gurnard's Head, if you fancy dinning out.

The Barn is a peaceful, romantic, rustic retreat deep in the heart of West Cornwall but, only 10 mins from Penzance & St Ives. Situated in a fantastic secret location for a holiday being a short distance from St Ives, Lands End, Penzance, St Michaels's Mount & the Lizard. The Barn is centrally heated with a log burner as well. Great carfree walks from the door. This stylish Barn is perfect for a couple or a small family. It has super comfortable beds. Superfast WIFI . The Library with Sauna at The Old Post Office

3 miles in each direction to the North and South coasts, a self-contained, 2 storey annexe at the bottom of the garden. A former Library set in an AONB with easy access to open countryside and many beautiful beaches. Perfect for walking, cycling, beaches, surfing, art and history lovers. A wealth of places around the peninsula to explore. The Library is a fully equipped, 2 bedroomed tranquil space with views over the garden and open fields with a small, private courtyard with table and chairs.

Chy Noweth ,a peaceful escape with parking

Chy noweth is part of my home with a private back door entrance with a key safe on the outside wall. The space inside is totally private and for your use only. The patio area is for your use and the garden area is shared with myself. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the small utility area as well as a under counter fridge. I will supply tea, coffee ,biscuits and milk for your arrival. There are no cooking facilities but restaurants are plentiful in nearby St. Ives , Hayle and Marazion.

The Old Studio

This former artist's studio, music room and occasional accommodation has been recently updated to provide a unique and quirky holiday retreat with large studio room with double bed and sitting room, kitchen, bathroom with shower. The wooden building with veranda stands alone in a tree lined paddock with plenty of outside space and fire pit. Ideal spot for relaxed guests and close to the area's wonderful beaches and coastline and towns of Penzance, St Ives and St Just. For rural romantics

Idyllic hideaway with hot tub, gym & gamesroom

Peaceful hideaway nestled in its private 5 acre mature south facing garden, woodlands and stream, complete with wood-fired hot tub, gym and gamesroom. Family-run barn conversion, The Water Hole, is situated on The Tinner's Way trail and lies just over a mile south of Zennor. It's in an ideal location to enjoy West Cornwall's rugged coastline and beaches, with easy access to Penzance (10 min) and St Ives (15 min). The Gurnard's Head and the Tinners Arms pubs are only a 5 min drive.

Heather Barn, Zennor

Heather Barn is one of two granite barns which we renovated in 2021. The barns used to be part of our working dairy farm but have now been lovingly converted to provide luxury, high quality holiday accommodation for up to five (plus a cot) on our farm. Heather Barn is two storey with an enclosed private patio. There is private parking for one car. Electric Car charging facilities are available. EV charging is charged at £10 per day. We accept well behaved dogs.

Mermaid's Rest is a newly converted studio boasting kingsize four poster bed plus a small sofa bed. It has an ensuite with double shower and a kitchenette area with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. The studio has a gorgeous patio with seating for 2 and sea views. There are 2 more chairs outside. Mermaid's Rest is 2 minutes from a selection of fabulous restaurants, handy shops and the beach.

Jack Sparrows House

Jack Sparrows House is a whimsical tiny house situated in a sleepy woodland hollow between moor and sea in beautiful West Cornwall. Tucked away in a secluded little spot on our dairy farm lies a magical little off grid escape. Free from the binds of phone networks, allow yourself to immerse in the sights and sounds of nature whilst being perfectly located for exploring.

A newly converted barn situated in the grounds of our home, The Wrens Nest is close to the sea, 10 minutes drive from Penzance and 13 minutes from St Ives. You’ll love our place because of the beautiful surrounding countryside and the peace and tranquility. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
