The Library is a fully equipped, 2 bedroomed tranquil space with views over the garden and open fields with a small, private courtyard with table and chairs.

Our Lodge is very private and peaceful, nestled next to woods and orchard with wonderful views over Mounts Bay but only 5 minutes from Penzance by car with its many restaurants and night life and is perfectly placed to explore the spectacular beaches and coastal paths of Lands End and St Ives. With private parking for 3 cars, it is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends. We are always on hand to give you any help or information you may need. Your own transport is recommended.

The Old Studio

This former artist's studio, music room and occasional accommodation has been recently updated to provide a unique and quirky holiday retreat with large studio room with double bed and sitting room, kitchen, bathroom with shower. The wooden building with veranda stands alone in a tree lined paddock with plenty of outside space and fire pit. Family-run barn conversion, The Water Hole, is situated on The Tinner's Way trail and lies just over a mile south of Zennor. It's in an ideal location to enjoy West Cornwall's rugged coastline and beaches, with easy access to Penzance (10 min) and St Ives (15 min). The Gurnard's Head and the Tinners Arms pubs are only a 5 min drive.

It has an ensuite with double shower and a kitchenette area with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. The studio has a gorgeous patio with seating for 2 and sea views. There are 2 more chairs outside. Mermaid's Rest is 2 minutes from a selection of fabulous restaurants, handy shops and the beach.

The Piggeries, Zennor, St Ives Rural Location

Our pretty barn conversion is located just outside the rural & picturesque village of Zennor in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.

Jack Sparrows House

Jack Sparrows House is a whimsical tiny house situated in a sleepy woodland hollow between moor and sea in beautiful West Cornwall. Tucked away in a secluded little spot on our dairy farm lies a magical little off grid escape. Free from the binds of phone networks, allow yourself to immerse in the sights and sounds of nature whilst being perfectly located for exploring.
