Welcome to Lansing Layover #3! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some! With this apartment building we're trying to take an old building and give it a new feel. Located in a seasoned industrial pocket of Lansing, walking distance of capital city airport & a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU, this unit is located on the garden level and has been updated to reflect a clean, cozy, light design. Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our beautiful camp sits on 10 acres. See wildlife daily throughout the property. Camp is 1 mile from Sleepy Hollow State Park which features hiking trails, mountain bike trails, and horseback riding trail trails. Also features a 410 acre lake with lots of great fishing. We also accommodate for guests with boats or horses. We have a fish cleaning station available to guests.

15 minutes from MSU Campus, on the lake, full views of the sunset in this Japanese Style home that feels like a park, includes 1 kayak. Paddle or walk to icecream and kayak, SUP, canoe, fishing boat troller and peddle boat rental. You can charter a pontoon boat too. Hang out at the fire pit or fish on the dock. Quite open landscapes allow for a relaxing stay with plenty Deer to see early and into the dusk hours. Its always exciting to see a plane come in for a touch & go or A Powered Paragliding make a lap around the Airpark.

This updated house in a quiet community is perfect for families. Designed with families in mind, this completely updated home includes 4 large bedrooms, 3 beautiful bathrooms, a basement playroom and an outdoor swing set. One of the bedrooms includes a queen bed on the floor and a twin size bed; this is generally our kids’ room.
