The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

Our romantic Swanky Cabin is newly renovated and features an open floor plan, one loft bedroom with a copper infused cooling Layla queen bed, a full bathroom with shower and washer and dryer. The living room features a wood burning fireplace, unlimited high speed internet, 2 large flat screen TV's, pool table and a large sectional sleeper sofa.

One of a kind 3-story treehouse situated on Lake Pend O'reille overlooking the lake and private dock. Featured in Great Homes of Idaho and other publications, the treehouse is located just two miles outside of downtown Sandpoint with access to local restaurants, shopping, galleries, antiquing and night spots. Across the street from paved trail for walking or cycling into town. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a peaceful place to escape from it all.

It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in.

A three bed, two bath home in CDA's Fairway Meadows, sleeps 6 comfortably and up to 10 with extra beds and couches. The upstairs primary suite has a king and a private bath. One queen room downstairs, third room with two twin XL beds, and a downstairs game room loaded with board games, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 2, karaoke, and a movie library. 5 minutes to the Centennial Trail, 15 to downtown CDA, 35 to Spokane International airport.

This fully stocked 576 sq ft cabin is the perfect place for a romantic little get away or just some peace and quiet. This one bedroom, one bathroom cabin is super quaint and decorated to a tee. Stoke the fireplace or go fish off the dock in Hauser Lake. Three local eateries are close by (Ember's Pizza, D-Mac's and Curly's Junction) . Make sure to bring your swim suits. Sit in the hot tub while drinking your morning coffee.
