The Post Office is located in Cavendish with a scenic walk along the river to the Geriwerd (Grampians) lookout at your doorstop. The short walk to the Bridge Cafe is perfect for a meal. Cavendish is 20 minutes to Gariwerd (Grampians) National Park and is the perfect base for hiking, a day trip to the beach or wineries. Tucked away between the windswept fields and desolate dunes of the raw and rugged, Shipwreck Coast, you will find, Longmeadow Estate. Sheltered from the heavy sea you will at once feel at home here. A quiet place to escape and reconnect. Spend your days combing the secluded beach for natures treasures. Scan the coastline for whales breaching and take a moment to reflect on a landscape steeped in history of early explorers, perished ships, heroism and foul play.

On the edge of Rocklands Reservoir, 4 bedroom home

On the far side of the Grampians, nestled in stringy bark bushland on the edge of Rocklands sits Yangoora. Once home to farmers, bee keepers, rose growers and tree changers, now yours to enjoy. Settle on the deck as the red necked wallabies shyly appear and native birds splash and natter in the coolness of the birdbath. Kayak the clear water, try your hand at catching a fish or wander the dirt track to explore and be captivated by the bush.

The cottage is light and airy with full picture windows facing the mountains, this includes the main bedroom. A deck also allows outdoor access of the same views. It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Fast WIFI is also available at the cottage, perfect for those working away from home.

"Kurrawa" cottage is set in the garden on grazing property in Byaduk half way between Hamilton: a welcoming town with cafe's, art gallery and a variety of lovely shops, and Port Fairy: a beautiful coastal town with its picturesque river and ocean beaches, cafe's, shops and quaint houses. "Kurrawa" cottage has a separate bedrm, bathrm and kitchen. Set apart from the main house and enjoys a full view of the property.

Silverburn Cottage is a gorgeous, self-contained cottage on 2 acres of gardens within Hamilton township. Luxury linen, Nespresso machine, aircon, heating, full laundry facilities all within a beautifully decorated interior. The cottage has total privacy and overlooks the golf course. There is a separate entrance and plenty of room for parking.
