The property is protected to the south with an old growth forest and directly in front of the house is Shelter Cove, providing shelter from coastal winds and where the Orcas like to hang out. To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special. If pet excrement is noted in yard or inside the house, a 150 violation fee applies for biohazard cleaning.

Golf is nearby HOUSEKEEPING IS NOT PROVIDED, you are asked to wash linens, dishes and clean the unit so it is ready for the next guest. No smoking or pets please.

There are so many! We are right across the street from the beach, but beach access is at either end of our street, about a 2-minute walk. Directly across from our house are protected dunes that cannot be traversed.
