As the train rolls by, history that engineered Glacier Park's roots romances enchantment of the pasts rustic essence. The RR winds through tunnels and trestles along the south border of the park and was originally the only way to visit Glacier. Light sleeper could have problem with the train noise. Private Entrance, all fenced. There is a solar panel to plug in essentials, and a camp stove and fire ring for cooking. We provide a cooler and water. There is an outhouse with a propane-heated shower. Not for light sleepers! The train comes by a couple of times a night.

While you will find everything needed for a comfortable stay (full bed, outhouse with flushing toilet, outdoor shower, stove, dishes, fridge, cookware), be aware that a yurt is a glorified tent with doors that lock. This is a beautiful and convenient place to relax when visiting the last best place. There is a romantic woodstove inside and a hottub outside! There are two brand new A-Frames next door that share some outdoor spaces and a cabin as well. You can book all 4 for large family events or just the house for privacy.
