Se han mantenido los muros originales y las paredes en cal y materiales naturales de madera. Es una casa ideal para dos parejas, cada una con su cama de matrimonio y aseo independiente, o bien para una familia con dos niños.

Se trata de un alojamiento totalmente independiente adosado a un chalet unifamiliar. Consta de salón-cocina. Baño completo, habitación doble y terraza de unos 25 metros cuadrados, ideal para desayunos y cenas al aire libre y como zona relax. Hemos renovado el alojamiento y lo hemos convertido en un apartamento totalmente privado (entrada propia incluso). Antiguamente se alquilaba por habitaciones, de ahí que en las reseñas anteriores aparezca como espacio compartido.

Olhão - Quintinha, a relaxing villa in a farm

Quintinha is a family farm with approximately 3 hectares located in Quelfes, a rural village 3 km from Olhão and 9 km from Fuzeta. It was rehabilitated a part of the housing area that originated an independent dwelling with exclusive swimming pool. This new space for guest use has been designed to provide a peaceful stay in the countryside but also promotes a lively atmosphere around the swimming pool and the barbecue. Semi-detached house with pool in El Rompido

The house is in the town of Rompido, 600 meters from the PLAZA de las SIRENAS, very close to the school in the PUNTA CORAL area. You can walk down to the town or park in one of the two car parks that are located in the town. The town center becomes pedestrianized in summer. From the house you can make routes by bicycle or on foot because El Rompido is in a natural setting.
