Covered 2 slip boat dock w/new stairs down to the dock/kayak accessible. This home is 4 bedroom/3 bath on 7 acres w/new flooring thru out w/gas fireplace. There's 2 tvs w/Dish, dvd player/dvds. This home does not have wifi. Secluded at the end of a private drive. Great fishing off the dock which is a short walk from the house. Cabin #2 was built in 2018. Pine exterior, covered porch with breathtaking views of the Ozarks and Lake Norfork in the distance. Cedar lined walls, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, double bed and pull out love seat. This one is perfect for the couple trying to get away and enjoy some privacy or a few fisherman headed to Lake Norfork. We also cater to traveling nurses and doctors. The Roost is very unique. Each room is private with its own entrance and exit like a hotel. You can rent all 4 rooms for multiple families if available. Many rent Studio unit #2 along with unit #1. This unit #1 sleeps 3 comfortably with 3 twin beds. There is also a full bathroom, and kitchen.
