This modern 2 queen size bed loft has all of the amenities you could possibly imagine. Keep in mind, some areas inside the loft are lower in clearance that may require ducking since it is a loft. We offer a kitchenette & work study. This loft is two blocks away from the James River/park. Also a near by store to rent kayaks, tubing & more!

Make yourself a cup using our Nespresso, or go traditional with a Chemex and ground beans. As a courtesy, we provide some light breakfast options - cereal and oatmeal packets.

Between our breathtaking sunsets and our add-on options (horseback riding, wagon rides, hiking, fishing, a free petting zoo, etc.), there's not much that can beat the value of our facility. You get privacy without isolation, outdoors without "roughing" it, and all within an easy drive of Smith Mountain Lake.
