The Arns Cottage has been beautifully converted from a traditional stone built stables into a cosy, luxurious retreat. Located within the gardens of the main house and accessible down a farm track, the cottage is surrounded by the stunning Perthshire Hills. It is in a perfectly central location for exploring Scotland - 15 mins from Perth and an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews, 2 miles from Auchterarder and only 4 miles from the world famous Gleneagles Hotel. The views are long and wonderful ,sunsets can be spectacular from the large deck .Local walking/bike trail start almost from the door ! The Snug a compact studio (185 square feet) with a Deck of (400square feet ) and was part of Holmwood's garden and the original garage .The road is quiet and private .The town a short walk away .

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.
