Welcome to Tilly's House, your charming barn conversion perfect for two guests. Nestled in serene countryside between Hayle and Marazion, you'll enjoy easy access to stunning beaches on both the North and South coasts. The vibrant town of St Ives, and breathtaking landscapes of West Cornwall are just a stone's throw away so there's lots of exploring to do! At the end of your day, sit back, soak in the peaceful atmosphere, enjoy a spot of star gazing or watch the sunset from our 2 acre paddock.

Quiet, self contained annexe close to Marazion.

Tresten is a bright airy quiet house on a country road. It is one mile from Marazion, so please bear this in mind if you are on foot, I am always happy to pick you up from Marazion if I’m free. The bedroom has two single beds and is on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable sitting area with tv and armchairs.

3a Sea View Place is a cosy, well equipped apartment nestled into the rocks just above Bamaluz Beach. It boasts the most spectacular of sea views which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own balcony making your holiday in St Ives truly unforgettable. This idyllic apartment is ideally situated to explore all that St Ives has to offer. Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, and the picturesque Harbour, with its array of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are all just a stroll away.

Separate annexe with stunning sea and Mount views

The Arc is a small annexe in our stunning garden with uninterrupted views to St. Michael's Mount and the Cornish Coast. It has a double bed with a small wet room with a shower, toilet and a separate hand basin. We provide a continental breakfast hamper. 'The Arc’ is in the small historic market town of Marazion walking distance to the famous St. Michael's Mount, cafes, pubs and galleries. We can recommend good places to eat, drink and visit. The coast path passes right past our front door.

The Lifeboat

This unique glamping unit has been crafted here at Rosevidney Farm over the past 18months. She is a former oil industry escape craft and when she came her in 2019 was still fully functioning with engine, seatbelts, emergency supplies etc. Now she sits in our Glamping meadow alongside our Safari Tents and Russian Truck. The lifeboat will sleep four in comfort with a King-size Bed and twin singles. There is an ensuite shower and loo, central heating as well as a handcrafted wood burning stove

Enjoy a romantic get-away in a beautiful, historic little garden studio in the centre of Penzance. This grade 2 listed building is perfectly located on the cobbles of Chapel Street. Renowned for its creative charm, old smugglers pubs and independent shops and bars. The promenade, seafront and Jubilee Lido are conveniently located 250 metres from the studio. When you’ve seen enough relax and eat alfresco on the deck which boasts a stunning sea-view or snuggle up by the log burner inside.

This modern 1 bedroom first floor apartment is just 100 metres from the seafront in a quiet location. Parking is free on a first come first serve basis, but should it be full there is further parking available on the seafront.

A newly converted barn situated in the grounds of our home, The Wrens Nest is close to the sea, 10 minutes drive from Penzance and 13 minutes from St Ives. You’ll love our place because of the beautiful surrounding countryside and the peace and tranquility. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
