This space is 720 sq ft with a private entrance and bath. It is approximately one block from Butler University, 2 1/2 miles from Broad Ripple, six miles from Keystone Crossing great shopping and four miles to downtown Indianapolis. We have a screen porch that seats four available for you to use during your visit

If you are looking for charm in a beautiful neighborhood this is your place. If you are looking for a new house this is not the stay for you.
