Our mid century trailer was purchased new in ‘57 by Dawn’s grandparents. This retro 50’s RV has original pink appliances w/bed, bath, kitchen, living room in one! Along w/covered porch & ceiling fan. On 50 acres in foothills of the Ouachita National Forest, 18 miles to Hot Springs National Park, AR & 8 miles to DeGray Lake State Park. Even though we have the necessary WiFi we still invite you to unplug from technology, reconnect w/nature & your loved one. We’re a perfect escape to a simpler time

We have everything you need all at a great rate. Room comes with a fully equipped kitchen-refrigerator, stove, microwave and toaster. Large smart TV and Wi-Fi access. Disney + (with Hulu in the app), Fandango, Paramount+, HBO, Peacock, ESPN and Vudu accounts set up on tv. Comfort is key with super soft king sized pillow top bed and highest quality sheets & duvet. Couch folds out into queen sized bed. Enclosed gazebo w/ seating between units 2 & 3 for all guests. Individual grills & fire-pit

Private suite in a cozy 1926 duplex cottage in the historic Park Avenue neighborhood. Front and back porches. Great for arts & culturally-inclined seeking peace and quiet. Queen size bed and wardrobe. Kitchenette with sink, fridge microwave & toaster oven. Full bathroom. WiFi and 23" TV screen for streaming. Off-street parking.

Rock Hole Depot

Tiny woodland Craftsman cottage, private setting nestled on 6 acres. Walking trail with beautiful lake view. Perfect location to rest & unplug. Ideal for plein air painting. Horse shoes, campfire pit, grill & picnic table. Parking for boats. Near beautiful Lake DeGray (nature & water activities) & 30 miles of mountain bike trails. 2 miles north of I-30 & restaurants, 7 miles to historic Arkadelphia, AR & 30 to Hot Springs, Oak Lawn race track, Bath House row, plentiful dining & shopping.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Come see what glamping is all about! Remotely located just 1 mile from DeGray Lake’s Lenox Marcus Recreation Area and boat ramp. The cabin sleeps up to 6 comfortably. RV rental also available on the same property with an additional fee of $75/night. Sleeps 3 comfortably. If not needed, the RV will remain vacant during your stay. PLEASE SPECIFY IF RV IS NEEDED WHEN BOOKING. Additional payment request for RV rental will be sent after booking. 30amp full hookup RV site also available $25/night.

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

This 1,000 sq ft 2BR/1BA guest suite offers complete privacy from the adjoining property. Located just off of Hwy 70 (Airport Rd), it's just minutes from Lake Hamilton and only about 5 miles from Oaklawn Casino and Historic Downtown Hot Springs! Contact the host before booking if bringing a pet. Only one small pet (15lbs or less) allowed. There is a $20 pet fee (no exceptions). There absolutely NO smoking allowed in the guest suite. ($200 fine for smoking in guest suite)
