The Stables is an ideal place for a weekend break or longer stay, and a perfect base to explore Norfolk, we are 25 minutes drive from the north Norfolk coast. The neighbouring village is home to the multi award winning Brisley Bell pub.

Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

This cosy cottage is situated adjacent to the owners house and next to a working farm. It is a converted dairy with exposed oak beams, a wood burner, private garden, and parking for 2 cars next to the cottage. Although rural, it's only a 10min drive into Dereham where there are supermarkets and a good variety of shops and eating places. The property is equipped with everything you will need for a great stay, and is on one level. Being centrally located, the whole of Norfolk can be explored.

The Old Stables

One of 2 two well-appointed single story converted barns with shared courtyard. Each has 2 good sized double bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are situated 1/2 mile from Shipdham airfield, 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved dogs and and even your horse - please contact us to add your dog at an extra cost of £5 each per night.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. In the heart of rural mid Norfolk, our charming one bedroom annexe is perfect for couples. Unfortunately we don’t accept children or pets. Set in a private walled courtyard garden with own entrance. Although only 2 miles from the market town of Dereham, with all its amenities, it is the ideal spot for unwinding after a busy day visiting Norwich (20 mins), the Broads (30 mins) or the North Norfolk coast (40mins). A truly magical setting for a short break.

The Barrel House

The Barrel house has been lovingly restored to provide a stylish, multifunctional space for Airbnb guests. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. All windows are double glazed and a velux roof window allows the daylight to flood in. Outside there is a private patio area with a bistro set for outdoor dining or enjoying sundowners. Nearby is the village shop, popular butchers and local pub. There are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby.
