The property backs up to a greenspace and has all of the privacy you could ask for, with the convenience of being less than five minutes from the lake, beaches, restaurants, bars, ice cream shop, general store, gas station, golf course, marina (with boat rentals), fishing, paddle boarding, boating, and more, & 20 minutes from white water rafting!!

The house sits on an acre of land right on the Deschutes river with over 200 ft of frontage. With private dock, kayaks, canoes and a row boat, you can enjoy the river and the wonderful view. Two large decks with furniture and fire pit are great for outdoor BBQ's and just watching the wildlife. Otters, beaver, deer, ducks, geese and swans make the back yard their home. There are 6 bikes, river tubes and a ping pong table in the garage. Come and enjoy, I guarantee you will want to come back!

Immerse in nature and be as active as you choose: hiking, mountain biking, fishing, wildlife viewing, stargazing, complimentary canoes, kayaks, SUPs, snowshoeing, sledding, hammock, horseshoe and corn hole game; lakeside deck with chairs, picnic table and fire pit (shared).
