It is located on a south-facing slope above the charming Moab Valley, 3 miles south of town. We're up on a hillside, so sunrises and sunsets are amazing! The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.

Base Camp

Located at exit #187 on I-70, we are close to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is great for those who enjoy peace and quiet while enjoying the great outdoors. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Just 3 miles north on a paved road are 4500 year old Indian paintings. ATV riding is at your doorstep. The RV park that is next to the house is small and quiet . We are at the base of the Book Cliffs with antelope frequenting Thompson Springs.

Kenzie's Tiny Cottage- Prvt Hot Tub & Rain shower

Small in stature, but big in personality, Kenzie's Cottage is a cozy bedroom cottage that sleeps 1-2 people. Imagine a stand alone hotel room or something from the tiny home movement. No kitchen but a small fridge, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, french press, and area to make coffee or tea. Some basic dish ware provided. Outdoor sitting area and private 2 person hot tub! Centrally located on a quiet street, just two blocks from downtown, it is perfect for singles or couples.

Rim View Retreat - Great Views - Tons of Parking

This is a side-by-side duplex style home. Enjoy the fiery sunrises and sunsets and from the patios. Come inside to enjoy a the cool AC on a hot afternoon. There's more than enough parking for all your toys. Located just 10 min south of Moab to enjoy the nights under the stars and the amazing rim views. A work in progress with a few small cosmetic flaws, but nothing that’ll get in the way of your adventures. The driving distance to Canyonlands National Park is aprox 50 min.
