Appi Family is a single-family house with a wide garden located in the municipality of Capoterra, in the residential district Residenza del Poggio. We are at only 20 minutes from the Cagliari city center and 15 minutes from the airport, a very convenient location to explore the city of Cagliari and the beautiful seaside of the south Sardegna: 1. at only 20 minutes from us, you will find Nora, an old punic city later conquered by the roman empire. Its ruins are located a step away from the crystal clear water of the sea; 2. at only 30 minutes from us, you will find the beaches of Santa Margherita di Pula with fine and clear sand; 3. A 45 minutes drive will bring you to one of the most beautiful shores on the Mediterranean sea, the seaside location of Chia with white sand dunes, crystalline sea water, secular junipers and lagoons with multicolored reflections. 4. On the east side, the city of Cagliari, and its beach the Poetto, which is only 30 minutes away. It is also possible to visit the natural park of Monte Arcosu (WWF oasis), one of the few natural parks on the most admired island in the Mediterranean and one of the last realms of the Sardinian deer, a true treasure trove of biodiversity. The room is rigorously cleaned and sanitized at each guest change... it is pleasantly furnished and has a double bed with clean sheets, bedside tables, wall lamps with convenient USB charging sockets, coat hangers and a shelf compartment... it is also equipped with air conditioning, a convenient mini-bar, coffee machine and a kettle. The French window connects the room to a small balcony with a table and chairs. The internal bathroom is for the exclusive use of the room to which it is directly connected and is equipped with a shower, you will also find clean towels available, shampoo and balm for hairs.. For breakfast you will find coffee pods in the room. It is possible to eat only in your room or on your private terrace... while enjoying the splendid view of the sea. Ampio parcheggio interno e spazio per le vostre attrezzature. Dall'ingresso si accede alla zona living, dotata di angolo cottura, tavolo e sedie e due divani. Da qui si accede alla camera matrimoniale con bagno privato. Gli ambienti sono dotati di aria condizionata. Di fronte alla Patio si trova un terrazzo panoramico con vista sul mare. In cima ad una collina e lontano dal rumore del traffico, il B&B è perfetto per stare in relax. La colazione, compresa nel prezzo, viene servita nella veranda porticata con vista panoramica sul mare.

La nostra camera con bagno è color cedro. Nel bagno ampio e comodo troverete la doccia wellness dotata di colonna con getti idromassaggio. Forniamo accappatoio, telo bagno, phon, trapunta (se venite nel periodo invernale), asciugamani, lenzuola il cui cambio avverrà con cadenza settimanale (salvo richieste diverse) e al cambio degli ospiti. La pulizia della camera sarà ogni due giorni salvo accordi diversi.

Nearby is the pretty tourist harbour of Perd'e Sali. We have 3 double rooms all of which have private bathrooms and are equipped with air conditioning/central heating, fridge,wi-fi ,phon. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno privato con doccia, set di asciugamani, sapone e phone.
