Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

The Turret, a charming and quirky 2 bed cottage

The Turret is a quirky and unique place to stay. The open plan ground floor has beautiful arched windows, a traditional handmade kitchen with modern appliances, dining table, a large leather sofa and an LED ‘smart’ TV. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over and quality fittings. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The master is double height and has a standard 4ft 6 wide double bed. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
