The charming brick walls and rustic aesthetics add character to this bright space. Perfect for a couple’s getaway or a solo traveler in town for work. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, local cafes, boutiques, breweries and more. Near Austin Peay State University, Fort Campbell and less than hour from Nashville. A parking pass is provided.

It sets on top of one the highest peaks in county with a spring-fed pond at the bottom of the hill with hiking trails. Enjoy the fireplace, fire pit & spacious patio. No cameras. Relax & watch the horses! Boat parking is available. Only 2 miles to boat dock. 1-mile to Cross Creeks. We’ve added a scavenger hunt to make the experience adventurous.

Home is close to boat ramps, grocery stores, and national parks. Located off Spring Street in Dover City limits. Washer and dryer in carport w/large water heater. New central heat and air HVAC with extra insulation to keep you cool, or warm!
