The Cliff/Cannon neighborhood streets are lined with well kept, classic older homes. Within walking distance to two different grocery stores, a few restaurants, and a small shopping plaza with a hardware store, laundry, and the best local market in town, Huckleberry's which has a cafe, juice bar, and deli with dine in seating. This cozy, open-concept space features a queen Murphy bed, full bath with walk-in shower, organic bedding, free WiFi, premium coffee, and local artwork by Ben Joyce. Kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Note: This unit is located above a brewery, so minimal noise may be heard. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, this private apartment has all the amenities close. Sunny and open, this is a large space, and is perfect for longer stays. Smoking permitted outside, green friendly same rule. Owner lives on the main floor, so security is not an issue. Coffeemaker (and coffee), microwave, stove/oven, washer/dryer all included. Antenna tv only, so bring a Chromecast or Firestick to plug in! I use physical keys, so let me know the general time of your arrival.

Weekend Getaway! Private Apartment

This large private apartment is less than a mile from downtown SPOKANE, The Spokane Arena, Thrift & antique stores, two blocks walk to Monroe Street, five blocks to Corbin park, Garland district, Northtown mall and many great bars and restaurants. In the spring and summer Lime scooters and bikes are usually parked a block or two from the house and they are fun to ride and explore Spokane in the summertime. We also have a crow with one bad foot we call Peg who lives in trees around the house.

Comfy studio apt in safe & quiet neighborhood

Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces between bookings and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts, if you wish. Covered parking. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please do not come here for romantic rendezvouz. but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.
