Self-contained ground floor unit within our family home- The Annex adjoins the main house via a locked door Weston Village area of Bath close to the M4 and a 5/10 minute drive to City Centre. Free on-street parking. 5 minute walk to the Royal United Hospital (RUH) and therefore a perfect location for those working, studying or visiting relatives at the RUH.

The cottage is beautifully converted, with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The countryside is outside the door and a 2min walk, a fantastic food pub - The Cross House. With the Cotswolds on your doorstep, places such as Westonbirt Arboretum, Badminton and Dyhram Park (NT) are a short drive.

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.
