This stunning home is equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in stunning Warragul. Just a short 5 minute walk into the town centre allowing you access to fine dining, shopping and the West Gippsland Art Centre. The home has central heating and cooling to keep you comfortable while staying. It is also located close to Civic Park, a great place to hang out with friends and family

Red Barn Loft Accommodation

Spacious open plan venue upstairs in a Barn style dwelling next door to our home. We can cater to up to 5 guests (min age 12 ). We have 1 king and 3 single beds. Sorry we can’t take wedding groups or pets and only the booked guests are welcome. The Barn is located in farmland between Warragul and Drouin. The listed fee is for 2 guests, an extra fee applies to each extra guest, also our advertised rate is for Monday to Thursday, extra fees apply for Friday. Pets live here with us too.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

We have a full-size kitchen with everything you will need .Laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron and another toilet . There is a fully enclosed deck with bbq, heater and seating for 8.
