A delightful self-contained Garden Room in the peaceful village of Graffham with lovely rural views, being just a couple of minutes' walk from the popular village shop which supplies a large variety of fresh food and a continental breakfast, as well as walking distance from two excellent pubs. Its a wonderful base to explore the South Downs by foot or bike, or visit the antique shops of Petworth, Petworth House, polo in Midhurst, West Dean Gardens, Parham House, motor & horse racing at Goodwood.

It offers a perfect rest spot for walkers and cyclists exploring the beautiful countryside on and around the South Downs Way. Our village has two fabulous pubs, a unique village shop with its own little outdoor cafe, and is just a 15 minute drive from the market town of Petworth, Polo at Midhurst, 20 minutes from Goodwood, and 1/2 hour from the Cathedral City of Chichester.

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

Compact and cosy, Hazelnut Corner offers one double bedroom, one single room, modern shower room, and an open plan kitchen, dining and living space. Outside is a small private patio area
