The bathroom has a walk-in shower, large vanity mirror, & all the needed bathroom accessories. Full kitchenette w/ microwave, dual burner, air fryer, tea kettle, coffee maker, & more. Owner lives on property.

Many things - from the front deck to the furniture to the very plates you’ll eat off of - are handcrafted originals. This isn’t just a place to crash. It's a living, breathing work of art.

The studio has a bright and airy atmosphere, clean and cozy, it is the perfect place to rest and relax. Located in the heart of downtown Dunedin in walking distance to the Pinellas Trail and Main St. Simply park your car and enjoy town on foot or rent a bike and cruise around. We are close to Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach. Beach towels, chairs, cooler, and umbrella are provided. There is also a park across the street with a nice path to stroll along the water or take in the sunset.

Dunedin Suite East, a centrally located getaway

Dunedin Suite East is modern and spacious with a full kitchen and private patio area out back. The suite is within walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops, and breweries, as well as Blue Jays Stadium, and the Pinellas Trail. It is a quick drive to Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach, ranked some of the nicest beaches in the world. Beach supplies included. If you like to cycle bring your bike *we allow indoor bike storage in the apartment* You can also rent bikes here in town.

Island Oak

This private vacation rental is a Second floor 1 bedroom apartment is newly furnished, professionally decorated and equipped with all the conveniences of home. Island Oak joins 4 other popular vacation rentals within the Grove Keeper Collective compound. This upper unit has a balcony off the bedroom which looks into a 175 year old oak that provides a tree house effect. We hope you come and enjoy this new addition to Grove Keeper Collective. All our units are non smoking and vaping.
