This Georgian market town has lots of charm, and is the home to the famous Hall and Woodhouse brewery and their flagship hotel The Crown. The Hive is a 2 minute walk to the trailway, which is perfect for walkers, runners and cyclists. Blandford Forum is just 15 miles from the Sandbanks beach, and a short drive from the Jurassic coast. Blandford is also the home to Teddy Rocks music festival.

The Barn is a converted property located at the head of the stunning Tarrant valley within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. Two of the bedrooms have internal balconies into the main body of the barn and triple velux roof windows to enjoy the rural views. Unfortunately, it isn’t suitable for children under 5 or large/active dogs (see House Rules).

The Old Garage

Come and stay in our cosy garage, a stones throw from our 18th century thatched cottage and recently renovated to a high standard. The open plan studio is ideal for two adults but can also accommodate two children on a small double sofa bed. Dogs are welcome. We have a small secure outside courtyard for your own private use. Located in Stourpaine with stunning walks on the doorstep, a great pub in the village (also within walking distance) and easy access to the Jurassic coast.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.
