"Shaka Laka" Guest House and Ranch

Come feel the magic of our renovated country guest house. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a full kitchen, dining & living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 with a twin XL bunk bed and a separate twin XL bed. The master bath has a luxurious walk-in curbless shower & double vanity. The house is down a private drive after going through a security gate. Guests have use of our private in-ground pool (pools open) BBQ, fire pit, 40 acres, and 2 fishing ponds.

Get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy a slower pace in Fitzgerald. Experience the “country life” with free range chickens and ducks roaming the property. Test your fishing skills and maybe you will have a great fish tale to carry home. Share stories and make memories while sitting around the fire pit. This quaint little cabin is only a few miles from historic downtown featuring brick streets, restored theatre, local restaurants, unique shops; and 30 minutes from I-75.

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

Hardware Loft Shannon Building

Loft above a bustling small town hardware store. The Shannon Building was built as a warehouse in 1920. Then converted into offices upstairs and furniture store downstairs in the 1940's. This one of a kind loft apartment is renovated from the 1950's lawyer's office of JD Shannon. This property may not be suitable for guests with children who are non swimmers as there is an open pool on the property. This is a non-smoking property inside and out.

This three bedroom home is a peaceful, simple, basic, and comfortable place to stay. Nothing fancy. Light and airy with an open floor plan. The master bedroom is separate from the other two for plenty of privacy. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each. There are two large couches in the living room. There is no Wifi or Cable or TV. Cellular data coverage is great.

Located on the property is this listing; Genesis House, which is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a 20x20 screened-in porch. Waterfront Paradise- Private Boat Ramp & Fishing

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). There are a few restaurants nearby, a country store and a dollar general and gas stations. We are about 20 mins from I75 and larger stores like Walmart.
