You’ll love the condo's ambiance, the views, and the location. It's is good for small groups of friends, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). There are NO 3rd party bookings with out approval. So if you book-you must be present. This log home is made from Conn. wood and built by my father. It sits on 8 acres. There are 2 units in this one very large cabin. They are separate apartments that are only connected by a wrap around porch. So you get to enjoy your privacy. This property is 15 min to beach, 5 min from 95. There is close to 25 restaurants in about 1/4 mile. We have a SHOPPING Pavilion! About 1/2 mile!!

Le Sirene, a quaint one room studio with a King bed with parking right outside in the heart of NSB village. Walk 1 block to the river and 4 blks to the beach. Tons of restaurants and shops next to the property, yet we are set back in a quiet deadend street. A small refrigerator and freezer with a microwave, and coffee maker. Nestled close to the river, this craftsman style, home is rich with character. Come enjoy the abundance of charm, while also being a short drive to the beach. By staying here, you are in the country but still very close to the river and New Smyrna Beach. Studio Apt. on the Ocean -best location

Unit 4 is a private studio unit with a queen size bed and a small futon couch. This unit is on the 2nd floor of our small ocean front apartment building. Can sleep 2-3. We recommend only 2 adults in this unit or 2 adults 1 children. The sofa bed is on the smaller size and recommended for a child or small adult only. Just a short walk to Flagler St restaurants and shopping.
