It´s only a 5 minute walk to Tavira city centre, a 3 minute walk to the market and close to all the great Ria Formosa beaches. Quinta da Pedragua, rodeada por um pequeno pomar, apresenta uma piscina exterior, situa se a 15 km de Tavira e a 13 km de Vila Real de Santo António. Todas as acomodações da Quinta exibem uma atmosfera íntima e um alpendre mobilado e com todas as comodidades no seu interior. Quinta da Ria está a 10 minutos de carro e a praia de areia de Altura a 1,5km. A tradicional vila de Cacela Velha, conhecida pelos seus restaurantes de mariscos e praias primitivas, encontra-se a 10 minutos de carro.

A ground floor flat in the heart of Tavira's historic centre with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a swimming pool - perfect for a few days of relaxation with the family or a group of friends. Close (on foot) to everything that makes this beautiful city so special: the castle, the Palácio da Galeria, the Roman bridge over the River Gilão, the shops, the myriad cafés, restaurants and bakeries. This historic house is modern, comfortable and cosy inside. And the private pool is a big plus.

The villa in Luz de Tavira is located in a rural area and surrounded by typical Portuguese houses, greenery and close to the highway, making it a good base for exploring the region. Within walking distance is a local food market, cafes, pharmacy and an ATM. Renting a car is highly recommended, we have a double carport, free parking on the property and the villa is fully fenced & closed off with a gate. The whole property, house and swimming pool are private (our pool is not heated)

El Rompido. Casita adosada con mucho encanto

Se trata de un alojamiento totalmente independiente adosado a un chalet unifamiliar. Consta de salón-cocina. Baño completo, habitación doble y terraza de unos 25 metros cuadrados, ideal para desayunos y cenas al aire libre y como zona relax. Hemos renovado el alojamiento y lo hemos convertido en un apartamento totalmente privado (entrada propia incluso). Antiguamente se alquilaba por habitaciones, de ahí que en las reseñas anteriores aparezca como espacio compartido.

Semi-detached house with pool in El Rompido

The house is in the town of Rompido, 600 meters from the PLAZA de las SIRENAS, very close to the school in the PUNTA CORAL area. You can walk down to the town or park in one of the two car parks that are located in the town. The town center becomes pedestrianized in summer. From the house you can make routes by bicycle or on foot because El Rompido is in a natural setting.
