Bathroom #1 has a shower and Bath #2 has a bathtub but does not have a shower head. A portion of the yard is fenced in for pets and provides an open space. The house utilizes a treated well and provides water cooler for drinking. There is a covered carport for vehicle and patio area with table.

The beaches of Siesta Key, Coquina Beach, and Anna Maria are easily accessible (approximately 35 minutes).
