We are located 5 miles NW of downtown Traverse City, nestled in the middle of wine country (the closest winery is 4 minutes away (Brengman Brothers), the TART trail is a block away, we are just minutes from Grand Traverse Bay Beaches, and about 25 minutes to Fishtown or Sleeping Bear Dunes.

It has a private propane grill just off the deck, a full kitchen, and bathroom with a step-in shower. Available year-round, guests can also enjoy the shared fire pit perfect for unforgettable evenings under the stars.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This two bedroom (both King beds) 2.5 bath ranch over looks west bay with private beach to have some fun in the sun. Full kitchen living room (65” TV) and dining room areas to enjoy. Finished basement with pull out couch, Futon and 50” TV. Spacious back yard with fenced in area and fire pit. It’s a country setting yet very close to Down Town TC and to explore Leealanu County. Private hot tub off the rear deck house is great for relaxing. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, Very quiet and peaceful but still very close to downtown. Tart bike trail is across the drive. By bike on the paved bike trail Downtown is 4 miles, and to beautiful Suttons bay is 12 miles. Amazing babbling Creek in the back yard with a fire pit that includes fire wood.

The smaller Cherry Bend Country Home located right next door to the large Cherry Bend Home and it is also located in beautiful Leelanau County. 2.5 miles from West Grand Traverse Bay and across the street from the TART trail which leads North to Suttons Bay and South to the exciting beaches and restaurants of Traverse City. we are 4 miles from down town T.C. and have many wineries in the area. Enjoy the Up North while being minutes from down town Traverse City

My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.
