Wakeham is a minimalist house in a classical shell. It won the Country Life 'House of the Year' award. It is in the middle of our farm, with woods, valleys & a river, and stunning views of the South Downs. Its pool (closed from 10 Nov to 14 April) is 12ft deep and has 3m and 1m springboards . In winter there remain log fires, a tennis court, a brilliant sandpit, and access to lots of country walks. Great for short stays but also as a base for a few months for house-hunting newcomers. Downs Cottage is in the village of Elsted, nestled at the foot of the South Downs. The cottage has very comfortable accommodation for 3. The living room has a fireplace with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen/diner plus an outdoor table and chairs in a courtyard. There is a double and a single bedroom. The well known 3 Horseshoes Pub is close by and South Harting has a shop/post office. Convenient for walking the South Downs or visiting Midhurst, Petworth Chichester, Goodwood or South Coast.

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room.
