Katoomba and the World Heritage listed national park are only 40mins away. We are surrounded by beautiful gum trees which host an array of birdlife. Our property is only 10 minutes from the heart of Penrith CBD and 5 minutes from Jordan Springs shopping centre. It's a quiet location offset from the street. There are two lounge rooms with TVs in both. One is a smart TV, so you can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc.
