Guests staying off season take advantage of a full service day spa, indoor/outdoor pools, restaurants, Peek Mountain Adventures, and a championship 18 hole golf course within walking distance.

Located at Peek 'n Peak Ski Resort & Spa in Clymer, NY. This is the only condo (8280) for rent with its own hot tub that is on the ski slopes. Sit in the hot tub and watch the skier's go by. Walk out basement to the ski slopes. With pool table and large flat screen TV. Providing there is ample gap between renters you can check in as early as 8 AM and check out as late as 6 PM. Check with us to make sure this benefit is available for your stay.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.

This is our timeshare week we are unable to use this year. Enjoy a perfect family /couples getaway at Western New York's premiere golf resort. Peek 'n Peak offers a championship 18 hole golf course. Included with the timeshare is access to the Peek’s pool/hot tub & fitness facilities. Greenwood Forest timeshare complex is located halfway up the mountain with Scenic views.
