This unit is on the 3rd floor so look at the pictures if you don't like steps this penthouse unit is not for you. It is a private apartment unit with full kitchen and bathroom however we have shared laundry in basement with other units if you would like to use we have a small laundry fee. Parking.

Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.
