We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

The setting is quiet and rural, yet there's a village shop and two pubs within 10 minutes walk, and just 15 minutes drive from J5 of the M3. Ideal for a weekend break, short stay, cycle stop, or writer's retreat. Please note it has sloping ceilings.
