"Sky’s Place" Northern Lights & Alaskan Charm

Welcome to Sky’s Place. This little gem with its Alaskan charm is located just 20 minutes from grocery, local bars and restaurants. 60 min to Chena Hot Springs and 2 hours to Denali National Park. It’s a perfect romantic getaway or a cozy place to enjoy with friends. We are up in the hills facing north without city lights, allowing spectacular northern light viewing. Lots of beautiful wood accents, natural light and room darkening shades. When possible, I can offer flexible check in/out times.

Tiny House at Creamers Field

A great private location with beautiful views of nature, you will feel relaxed and at ease in this beautiful area. Look out for the Northern Lights/Aurora with no houses on the north side of the road to block any view of them. The home has a comfortable queen bed. Cook on the gas range with all the necessary cooking utensils available. The house has Wi-Fi, TV / Amazon Fire Stick to watch your favorite shows. The house includes hot water to the taps, indoor toilet and stand up shower. (see below)

Dinjik Zheh (Moose House)

Dinjik Zheh (Moose House) is a modern rustic cabin. A perfect getaway from the city. Take a soak in the early 1900’s claw foot bath tub or hop in the hot tub and enjoy the view. With a gorgeous open kitchen and gas range you’ll enjoy making a home cooked meal. Fire up the wood stove dim down the lights if you like, and let your worries go. If you prefer the modern route you can still watch your favorite shows on the 55” 4K TV or connect your music via bluetooth to the Bose sound bar and jam out.

Welcome to the Nuthatch Cabin

Welcome to the Nuthatch, a cozy cabin in the woods outside Fairbanks. This dog-friendly little cabin is just 7 miles from town but surrounded by the boreal forest. This is glamping at its best, a solid roof, warm place, bed, WiFi, and tv. This is a “dry” cabin, with an outhouse but no running water (no shower. Look out for wildlife and northern lights or roast a s’more over the campfire. If you have more guests, there is an additional cabin on the property "Come Visit the Warbler", holds four.

Tanglewood Inn - Cozy & Beautiful

Enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle at this unique and tranquil getaway cabin. Located just outside of Fairbanks, on a maintained road with year-round access, this cabin has all the luxuries and a real Alaskan feel. Enjoy the AURORA while on the front porch, sipping your hot cocoa. Take a trip down the road for a dip in the hot springs or a memorable hike at Angel Rocks. Plan for a dog sled ride at a neighborhood outfitter or head to the hills for some snowmachining or 4-wheeling.

Snuggle up next to the fire outside or enjoy Netflix and Amazon Prime TV inside. We’ve provided all of the basics for you to cook an amazing meal in the kitchen or outside over an open fire.

We are located in Goldstream valley about 9 minutes from Fairbanks. It is a quiet get away spot surrounded by birch trees. Life is simple here. The bathroom is an outhouse - common in Fairbanks. We have a banya sauna for bathing. Running hot & cold water inside cabin. A store & laundromat with showers 1 mile away. Ivory Jacks restaurant & bar 1 mile away, Sam's Thai 3 miles. Great northern lights viewing! Close to hiking trails & bird sanctuary. Our home is a 4min walk from cabin.

The Boreal Bear is a modern rustic cabin just 15 minutes from downtown Fairbanks and on the way to Chena Hot Springs Resort. Nestled in the hills of birch trees with peaceful views, it features hand-milled trim, tongue-and-groove walls, soft cotton linens, complimentary coffee, a dedicated workspace with WiFi, and lush house plants for a fresh, inviting atmosphere. This small cabin has everything needed for a safe, quiet and comfortable home base while you visit Fairbanks. *** Please note that there is a half bath, a sink and toilet, NO TUB or SHOWER! ** At times during the winter, due to heavy snow or icy conditions, AWD or 4WD ... and good tires... are REQUIRED . *** Also, please note that headbolt heaters are often necessary on vehicles in Fairbanks during the winter. Ask the rental agency about this before renting from Anchorage!

This beautiful two bedroom, one bath log home is a perfect retreat. The cabin is located only a few miles from both Fairbanks and North Pole, while still providing a secluded hideaway. You will enjoy the large deck, beautiful surroundings, two private bedrooms and a loft sleeping area. The rustic living area is designed for comfort, with an equipped kitchen, and upgraded bath. Please note, there is some trim to be finished. Upgrades are being finished between guest.
