Welcome to the Nuthatch, a cozy cabin in the woods outside Fairbanks. This dog-friendly little cabin is just 7 miles from town but surrounded by the boreal forest. This is glamping at its best, a solid roof, warm place, bed, WiFi, and tv. This is a “dry” cabin, with an outhouse but no running water (no shower. Look out for wildlife and northern lights or roast a s’more over the campfire. If you have more guests, there is an additional cabin on the property "Come Visit the Warbler", holds four.

Chena Aurora Family House

A short drive up the road to Chena Hot Springs or to North Pole to Santa Claus House and more. Watch the Yukon Quest 1000 Mile Dog Sled race pass right right in front of Outpost. This house is a great place for family gatherings with a full kitchen stocked with basics and if you need a special kitchen appliance, dish or baking wear just call and I’ll deliver. Animals are allowed with disclosing upon booking. We have reindeer and dog mushing tours next door so all dogs must be on a leash.

We have a banya sauna for bathing. Running hot & cold water inside cabin. A store & laundromat with showers 1 mile away. Ivory Jacks restaurant & bar 1 mile away, Sam's Thai 3 miles. Great northern lights viewing! Close to hiking trails & bird sanctuary. Our home is a 4min walk from cabin.

This beautiful two bedroom, one bath log home is a perfect retreat. The cabin is located only a few miles from both Fairbanks and North Pole, while still providing a secluded hideaway. With proximity to the town center and the Chena Lakes Recreation area, the Red Dog Room still feels secluded and private and has direct access to trails. The room has private entry, a small cooking area with a table and a private bathroom. This space is a studio apartment within a house. The only shared space is the driveway but other people might be on the property.

Moose Tracks Cabin in North Pole, Alaska

This beautiful log cabin is situated in the woods on the outskirts of North Pole, Alaska. It is easily accessible in the winter months or in the summer. Guests don’t need to worry about the cold temperatures with the year round heating system. The cabin is cozy even in the coldest of winter temperatures. The cabin has running water, full kitchen and full bathroom (shower and tub) inside the cabin. Moose Tracks Cabin feels like a home away from home.
