The Gypsy Farmhouse is a 1952 Sears Kit House and the original farmhouse on the Junk Gypsy property. The Country Delight room has a king sized bed with the “Country Delight” sign as the headboard. This room is also the largest of all the rooms and is wheelchair accessible. It has its own coffee bar area, a balcony with rocking chairs, pine floors, a Jacuzzi tub, corrugated metal shower, rainfall shower head, record player, vintage table fan & mini-fridge. This room is downstairs in the Crown House where you can share the great room with the other 3 rooms in the building if you choose to.

Pavilion 2 Pineknot cabin with 3 beds, sleeps 4

This is a new build Spring of 2017 , the 2nd Pavilion cabin with a shared porch on a 1920s Texas farm . We were going to just have a queen sleigh bed, and a Victorian twin , but then saw a need for another twin which is a bonus during antique shows ! Rinn , the owner , likes faux cowhides , dark stained floors , and Chezmoi white ruffled bedspreads with lots of vintage mirrors , we even had a bride get married from here , last week in the main Pavilion porch (in March 2018 )

The Nest Guest House in the Trees

We love tree and bird houses. So we built this lovely cottage up high among the oaks and elms and designed it to look like a bird house. With the verdant landscape, it feels like a tree house.
