A Highland cottage built in the 1720's, newly refurbished in the spirit of Scottish country living. Tradition, authenticity and fireside comfort complement contemporary furnishings and light airy spaces.

The Hayloft is one of our newly built luxury lodges situated amongst some of the most stunning countryside in Highland Perthshire. Each log cabin has its own private hot tub & balcony with barbecue area over looking the hills. Each lodge has 2 bedrooms,shower room & toilet, fully equipped fitted kitchen & lounge,tv,dvd etc. Park up in your private parking space there is plenty room for 2 -3 cars. Aviemore, Kincraig, Kirkbeag

Kirkbeag, an old church converted to a very high standard, is located on the Aviemore side of Kincraig, nestled in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. It is ideally suited to big family groups. It sits beside the B9152 within walking distance of the village pub & close to Loch Insh Watersports Centre and all the activities available on Alvie Estate. It has a large garden set in forest with direct access to the Speyside Way which provides cycle/walking access to Aviemore (all offroad).

Outside, you can enjoy the private deck with mountain view, BBQ and rustic fire pit area whilst your dogs can enjoy roaming free in the secure garden. In the heart of Cairngorms National Park, enjoy nature at it's finest. Come to the cabin to relax, recharge and reconnect.

Osprey Lodge, Kingussie

Osprey Lodge is a welcoming home with a hot tub in an idyllic rural location. A perfect base to relax after a day exploring the Highlands. The stone built converted farm steading with panoramic views of RSPB Insh Marshes and the surrounding Cairngorm and Monadhliath Mountains. Our 4 bedroom property is furnished to a high standard, with an open plan living space featuring a gable window and a cosy wood burning stove. The spacious garden and patio overlook a small working farm.

Birchwood Lodge

Birchwood Lodge is tucked away within the peaceful pine forests of Inshriach, situated in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

Zippity-Do-Da House (Cinema and Hot Tub) Aviemore

Zippity-Do-Da House has been individually designed and built by your hosts George and Gillian and is set amidst the stunning scenery of the Cairngorm National Park. The split level house is on 5 levels with lovely light and great views. The house provides flexible family accommodation, as well as fabulous scenery and is close to all local amenities. Cinema Room and Hot Tub. Please note: no bookings from Stag or Hen parties.

Drumguish Cottage

Summer in Scotland is famous for its long nights. In mid July sunset will be 22.10 so you can still play golf or hike long into the evening! The long daylight hours in July make the cottage the perfect place for exploring this wonderful region, whether on foot, bike or car. Drumguish Cottage is located in the highlands of Scotland, and the Cairngorm National Park which is 1,748 square miles and larger than Luxembourg.
