During the process we had four words represent our design mantra - "cozy, modern, vintage, grandma." Please note that you DO have to climb all 79 steps and cross a foot bridge over Pumphouse Wash.

This single level cottage has an open concept layout, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A circular driveway allows plenty of parking space for any car size.
