La casa con ingresso indipendente, è dotata di tre spaziose camere da letto tutte con accesso diretto al terrazzo giardino, 3 bagni, cucina, salotto, zona pranzo. E' possibile raggiungere a piedi i migliori ristoranti, bar. Per raggiungere la casa ci sono una decina di gradini. La casa si trova in una ZTL a luglio solo la sera del weekend ed ad agosto tutti i giorni dalle 21 alle 6 del amttino.
